Optum Inpatient CHAPs PA/NP in Arcadia, California
Optum is looking for a Full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our inpatient team in Pasadena. The clinicians we seek are those who practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs.

Candidate will be completing senior wellness exams at Huntington Memorial Hospital and Arcadia Methodist Hospital
Candidates may be asked to round at company-owned outpatient clinics occasionally
Monday thru Friday, 8 am-5 pm (no weekends, no nights, and no call)
Census will fluctuate at 10-14 patients per day (10-12 patients per day on average)
40 hours a week with a high degree of autonomy - daily census will dictate the schedule for that day
Unrestricted CA Medical License as a Nurse Practitioner
Current CA DEA certificate required prior to start date
CA Drivers license active in good standing
Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner
Must be comfortable with working in the hospital setting
- ICD-10/HCC experience a plus
