We are currently seeking a Fleet Administrative Assistant for our Benicia, CA office. This position reports to the Director of Fleet and is responsible for assisting in the support activities of the fleet and shop. The ideal candidate will possess keen attention to detail, skills in customer service, time management and vehicle registration.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Incumbent must have the skills, ability, and judgment to perform the following essential job duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation:
Process incoming assets, both on and off road
Ensure compliance with appropriate regulations for legal operation at the time of deployment
Maintain fuel usage information and issuance of new cards/PINs via online database, as well as fraud investigations (WEX)
Manage registrations, first time and renewals, either through third party vendors, online or local DMV
Assist third party vendors in proper filings of IRP/IFTA and HVUT
Maintain all databases for leased and owned assets
Track asset locations via telematics device and provide information when needed
Establish or improve procedures involving any and all fleet related issues
Support management in acquisition and disposal of inventory requiring constant and concise communication with the corporate office and accounting department
Additional duties as needed or assigned
KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must have Valid Driver’s License
2+ years’ experience working titles and/or registration processing, preferred
3+ years’ experience providing administrative support.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience in working in fast-paced environments with strict timelines.
Must have ability to effectively communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
Ability to work independently with superior time management/organizational skills.
MS Access experience.
Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, etc. is strongly preferred.
Associates degree or higher is preferred.
Must be authorized to work in the US.
Must be 18 Years of age or older.
