Aerotek Manufacturing Process Engineer in Carlsbad, California


Manufacturing Process Engineer

The successful candidate will demonstrate high levels of organizational and communicational skills as well as provide key examples of project management and process improvement experiences. The Manufacturing Process Engineer is responsible for managing the day-to-day quality issues throughout the department and support capital projects.

The primary responsibilities are as follow:

  • Promotes and facilitates the safest working environment for all employees

  • Effectively uses Trackwise (Quality Management System) to provide investigation and resolutions that stems from process failures and other deviations.

  • Participate in internal and external audits and responds to audit observations

  • Identifies and implements appropriate corrective and preventative actions.

  • Manage the update of manufacturing records such as WIN, SOP, and batch records
