U.S. Pacific Fleet, Commander in Chief DEPUTY MARITIME OPERATIONS in Coronado, California
You will serve as a DEPUTY MARITIME OPERATIONS in the MARITIMES OPERATION of COMNAVSURFPAC.
You will coordinate, communicate, and collaborate with other Joint and Fleet Warfare processes, providers, partners, and stakeholders internal and external to the Naval Surface Force.
You will develop and execute Surface Force Training and readiness plans and programs.
You will coordinate, prepare, and promulgate the Long Range Surface Force Development plan.
You will analyze and research barriers and opportunities for continuous process improvement and assure development and establishment of adequate internal controls.
You will prepare analytical products and proposal packages for internal and external review.
You will maintain, manage, and track decision action, and accomplishments, including presenting various analytical projects involving Surface Force operations an training policies.
Conditions of Employment
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing programs supporting maritime forces organizational and command structures.
