Robert Half International Purchasing Coordinator in Costa Mesa, California


OfficeTeam has an immediate need for a Purchasing Coordinator to join the team of our growing client. As the Purchasing Coordinator, you're responsible for monitoring and tracking the overall project logistics (from ordering to installation), ensuring the project budget is in compliance and goods are delivered and installed successfully at the job site. Additionally, the Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring any necessary project follow up is completed successfully. Since you'll be the liaison between the different departments, it's imperative that you're always providing excellent customer service both internally and externally.

  • Compiles and reviews a weekly summary report (buyer’s report) of open orders for assigned projects.

  • Compiles and reviews a weekly summary report of project budgets. Prepares budget revisions as necessary.

  • Enter received dates of PO’s into Timberline and ensuring these dates are updated daily.

  • Ensures other project related information is updated in Timberline.


  • 2+ years of Purchasing Coordinator experience

  • Recent experience working with purchase orders

  • Working knowledge of Sage Timberline
