Adecco is assisting a Fortune 500 client in recruiting for an HR Payroll Analyst in Dublin, California. This is a full-time remote temporary position in Dublin, California.

Responsibilities for the HR Payroll Analyst include but are not limited to:
Provides answers and solution to both associates and management regarding payroll.
Ensures the accuracy of associate data through frequent cross-referencing between KRONOS and PeopleSoft.
Acts as the contact person for multiple work locations regarding KRONOS time clock issues and for any time and attendance management trouble-shooting concerns.
Conduct training for all newly hired HR Admins.
Develop and set up/add KRONOS codes, agencies, scheduling systems, etc. as needed.
Manage KRONOS licenses and set up new hire access.
Analyze and audit reports and make recommendations for resolution.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for HR Payroll Analyst jobs:
2+ years of direct KRONOS and PeopleSoft experience.
Bachelor's degree desired.
Must be able to adapt to multiple demands, shifting priorities and possess a sense of urgency.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office.
Experience with Payroll processing utilizing updated HRIS.
