In this role you will need to posess excellent customer service and computer skills.
Organization is a must and ongoing within this post.
Daily interaction with mechanics and customers.
You will be bringing the information regarding repairs and costs to repair equipment as well as how long those repairs will take.
At the end of the ransaction an agreement in writing will be made and presented to the customer for them to sign off on.
There will be a lot of communication going back and forth between you and the customer so attention to detail is primordial.
Flexibility with work schedule and weekend work is necessary to successfully performing this job.
The essential functions of this role include:
standing for 10 hours at one time
working up to 3 hrs of overtime per week
