The Global Performance Marketing Team is seeking a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to execute lead generation programs focused on enterprise businesses that contribute to companies demand generation and revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have proficient experience running successful paid media activations, such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, ABM, direct media, and other digital networks, as well as working cross-functionally to ensure programs are timely, measurable, flawlessly executed, and drive revenue. This candidate will be analytically minded and able to report program success based on funnel metrics, including opportunities and wins. The role will report to our Global Paid Media Manager and be part of the Performance Marketing team.
The position resides in Fremont, California.
Assist with developing and executing multi-channel campaigns to successfully engage target enterprise accounts and build the sales pipeline.
Aid in the end-to-end management of enterprise focused programs including planning, copywriting, keyword research, execution, follow-up, and reporting for all demand generation initiatives (e.g. paid social, direct media, ABM, etc.)
Continually test, measure, communicate, and report on campaign and program metrics, conduct ROI analysis to determine the effectiveness of all marketing programs, and optimize campaign efforts accordingly.
Work closely with the content and campaigns team to help define the program mix, content plan, global campaign calendar, and required resources to execute the campaign.
Work together with Marketing Technology & Analytics Team to deliver, report on, and optimize success of campaigns where needed or there is opportunity.
Support the Global Paid Media Manager with other duties related to the program, as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of relevant marketing experience.
Good presentation skills; comfortable communicating and working with a variety of roles, from executives to sales to marketing.
Critical attention to detail, time management, organization skills.
Excellent planning, project management, and prioritization skills; can take direction and execute with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical skills and ability to strategize and analyze program effectiveness and ROI.
Must have a positive and flexible attitude for working in an ever-changing environment and be able to build strong relationships across various departments and functions.
Experience with Salesforce, ABM and other data tools is a plus.
