The Marketing Team

The Ruggable Marketing Team is collaborative and dynamic with clear growth targets in mind. Working closely with the Design, Operations, and Executive teams, the team aims to exceed revenue targets, elevate our brand status, and broaden our customer appeal. We learn fast to adapt to the ever-changing e-commerce landscape.

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Marketing Media Coordinator to join our team and assist with the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns. This position will support the Marketing Team on both new and existing initiatives with a focus on driving direct, measurable results, as well as help, strategize and implement advertising plans. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, possess strong analytical skills, and is detail-oriented with the ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment.

What You?ll Do

  • Assist with digital marketing campaign set up and execution.

  • Request and keep track of all ongoing projects from the Acquisition team to the Creative team

  • Assist in creating DR (Direct Response) creative concepts and ad copy to test

  • Maintain accuracy of naming conventions and nomenclature across digital channels

  • Maintain weekly KPI and creative reporting for digital channels

  • Contribute to daily, weekly, and ad-hoc campaign reporting and analysis

  • Oversee creative request timelines and needs for the Acquisition Marketing Team.

  • Participate in strategy discussions for campaign improvements

  • Attend marketing meetings and assist with presentation building

  • Monitor the competitive environment and report findings to the Acquisition Marketing Team

  • Maintain our promotional calendar keeping it up-to-date with recent promotion changes

  • Research and practice, stay ahead of the latest updates regarding tools, techniques, and methods related to social media marketing

What You?ll Need to Have

  • Strong interest, desire to learn, and curiosity for digital marketing (eCommerce a plus).

  • Highly organized and process-oriented

  • Driven by details. You?re meticulous, thorough, and enjoy being extra-precise.

  • Self-starter, ability to take initiative, and wear multiple hats enthusiastically.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Team-player, hard-working, organized, and goal-oriented.

  • Strong ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Google Sheets.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPC, CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS).

  • Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field (Business, Advertising, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Analytics or Communications)

  • Experience working an internship with an advertising/media agency is a plus.

  • Avid social media power user (preferred YouTube and Pinterest).

  • Knowledge of paid media platforms (i.e. Facebook Ads Manager, Pinterest, and Adwords) is a plus.
