The Marketing Manager Lifetime Value (LTV) will be responsible for managing customer retention, building brand awareness, and engaging our target audience to increase the lifetime value of our customers. As a Marketing Manager, you are a natural leader and team player, highly creative with a data-driven mindset.
Our customers love Lull which is evidenced by our over 17,000 5-star reviews. Your job will be to create and execute a strategy that improves and measures the lifetime value of Lull customers.
Create content that drives conversions, continues to build brand awareness, and increase the lifetime value of our customers.
Create engaging and amazing websites, email campaigns, and landing pages to compel our customers to buy additional Lull products.
Develop and maintain a promotional calendar for selling into our customer base that includes seasonal and event-based campaigns.
Collaborate with teammates to identify and engage with outside influencers and tastemakers to ensure content is relevant, educational, and compelling.
Research referral programs, possibly re-launch our ambassador program, and manage the day-to-day activities of this program.
Generate creative concepts that push boundaries and show initiatives when evangelizing our products.
Manage new product launches form concept to market.
Bachelor?s Degree in the Liberal Arts field or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
Desired experience in e-commerce, retail, or technology organization.
Strong communication skills with a deep understanding of the importance of storytelling.
Experience producing conversion driving digital content.
Strong project management and organizational skills as well as a strategic mindset.
Team player with the confidence to take the lead to ensure objectives are achieved.
Confidence to think out of the box and experiment with new ideas or projects.
Takes complete ownership of assigned tasks and projects.
