Aerotek Administrative Support Specialist in Hayward, California

Description:

Responsibilities a combo of administrative and data entry. Notes in electronic files. Using a system for insurance companies. Straight forward they need to go into portrayals and look into information. 50% data entry and 50% answering phones, setting up files, customer service. Scanning, scheduling, filing, data entry, answering phones. Will be evaluated on their clear communication, concise answers that are clear, and their team mentality when it comes to doing tasks outside their immediate JD.
