Sales Support Administrator

Renewal by Andersen – Hayward San Francisco, CA

We are looking to expand our administrative team by filling a vital role within the organization with a Sales Support Administrator. This role is essential to the success of the Sales Department, supporting the management and sales representative team and is seen as the “rock” of the department. This position acts as a scheduler for 2nd measurement appointments and a gatekeeper to ensure sales contracts are completed accurately and input into our Salesforce CRM. The ideal candidate will have a wide range of administrative experience and, most importantly, thrive in a fast pace, high-volume, and deadline-driven work environment. The incumbent must have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, impeccable customer service, be open and willing to adapt to the current business need, and juggle multiple tasks while working independently to execute effectively.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Creating daily, weekly, and monthly reports for our Design Consultants

• Following up with customer visits to ensure all steps were completed with in-home assessments

• Responsible for completing necessary documentation and customer approvals for in-home projects

• Monitor and manage account activations

• Follow up on finance counter-offers to ensure Design Consultants complete the process in a timely manner

• Ordering training materials to ensure the success of our sales team

• Schedule calendar meetings and conference calls for sales management

• Prepare and track disciplinary actions

• Facilitate special projects

Qualifications:

• 3+ years administrative experience supporting a high-volume sales department

• Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized, and excellent follow-through

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Effectively communicate and collaborate with different departments and excellent customer service

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and preferably have experience with Salesforce

Compensation and Benefits package:

• Hourly pay between $24-$28, commensurate with experience

Schedule:

• Full-time position, Tuesday-Friday 3:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m., Saturday-Sunday 11 a.m. – 7 p.m., Work Hours Subject to Change.

• This position is a work from home position with the ability to come into the office on an ad-hoc basis
