Kelly Services Medical Device Quality Assurance Integration Manager in Irvine, California
Kelly is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Integration Manager for one of the largest global medical device companies in the world. This person will join our Kelly FSP (Functional Service Provider) division, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc. Quality Assurance Integration Manager
Job Duties:
Lead as the primary point of contact for cross functional teams, external alliances, and senior management
Identify interdependencies and ensure connection between project elements
Utilize process excellence to ensure successful delivery of objectives and tasks
Prioritize and track the aspects of several projects including the integrated project plans, budgets, and resources.
Apply standard project management applications/tools and processes
Negotiate and implement plans, deliverables, and priorities with key internal and external stakeholders
Facilitate decision making through the development of robust proposals
Support or conduct project, technical and financial reviews
Present project status, plans, issues, and recommendations to senior management
Communicate effectively within the team externally
Define impact to the business, attaining buy in from stakeholders/customers
Create Capital Asset Requests (CAR) where appropriate
Develop project/program budgets and updates based on sound rationales and track routinely
Issue and Risa escalation, of impactful issues within the project elements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
PMP preferred but not required
Strong Project Management skills (able to organize, lead meetings, summarize and follow up on action items)
Previous Medical Device experience
Previous experience working on acquisitions and integrations in a Project Management capacity
7-10 years of related experience required
