Twitter HR Analyst - People Systems in Los Angeles, California

We’re looking for a "HR Analyst - People Systems" who will be responsible for providing functional & technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and configuring applications and procedures that meet user requirements for our partners in Recruiting.

This role is part of the People Systems Team and will partner cross functionally with multiple HR stakeholders. This resource will be responsible for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems to drive greater consistency and impactful results throughout the recruitment process. You’ll need to understand every aspect of the hiring process, as well as Offer Management, in order to advise users on all recruiting operation and system topics.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for the design, configuration, implementation and maintenance of in-house Salesforce based Recruiting applications.

  • Partner with stakeholders to distill and shape requirements, ensuring alignment with business/technology strategy and planned initiatives

  • Drives continuous improvement through both technical (systems) innovations and process improvements to automate complex tasks, minimize manual work, enable expansion of self-service and provide an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Responsible for deeply understanding and prioritizing business requirements, creating/grooming user stories, and partnering with the Development team to deliver solutions options and then execution on a plan to deliver a final solution.

  • Serves as a subject matter expert in Recruiting Technology, reporting data utilization and supporting the Recruiting business on system-based metrics and In-App reporting needs.

  • Coordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met.

  • Work closely with project teams during user acceptance testing (UAT); including tracking issues through to resolution, and securing end user acceptance sign-off.

  • Partner with Recruiting operations team members to define, plan, and execute small and medium projects, in addition to ongoing delivery of ‘run the business’ enhancements and fixes.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent degree

  • 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting large scale, complex solutions on Salesforce and associated HR ecosystems

  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.

  • Ability to document and evaluate complex requirements as well as current state

  • Lead discussions and investigations regarding new Salesforce, app-xchange or mobile features and functionality

  • Contribute to recommendations for process improvements and keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements

  • Prior experience with Einstein Analytics preferred, desire to learn is required

  • Strongly Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce.com technical stack - Objects, Fields, Custom Objects, SQL, APIs etc
