Aristotle Capital Management Senior Associate, Investment Operations - Client Onboarding in Los Angeles, California

We are currently seeking a bright, dynamic, motivated and team-oriented individual to join our specialized middle and back-office investment operations team within a growing investment advisory firm. The Senior Associate is responsible for the smooth onboarding of new clients by working one-on-one with custodians, consultants, clients, management and internal staff to provide exceptional client relationship support, service, and operational expertise.
This position will report to the Vice President of Investment Operations.
What You Will Do:
Collect and process all related information and documentation required to onboard a new customer (fund/entity) onto Aristotle?s platforms.
Implement the timely and accurate processing of investment operations (i.e. transaction processing, investment funding, cash transfers, wire set-up, standing letters of authorization, etc.
Supports VP in coordination of overall onboarding communications, risks, and issues resolution.
Liaise with Sales, Marketing Communications and CPMs as part of the onboarding process.
Respond to inbound customer calls in a professional manner and address customer issues.
Process ad-hoc client requests and reporting as needed.
Participate and/or lead onboarding related projects/upgrades.
Actively participate in the onboarding and training of other employees.
Perform some administrative functions such as maintenance of electronic client files, records, etc.
Provide excellent customer service and operational expertise to clients and internal staff.
What You Will Need:
Minimum of 7 years in an operational role within the financial services industry preferably with a focus of onboarding and Client Services.
Strong decision-making and analytical skills with a focus on detail and precision.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Superior problem solving and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize workload in order to manage time effectively, complete multiple tasks and/or projects within deadlines and produce accurate results.
Highly adaptable and able to function as a member of a team dedicated to quality and exceptional service.
Must have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and integrity.
Proficiency with Geneva, Salesforce, Adobe, SS&C?s RECON, Microsoft Teams and Excel.
Knowledge of OMGEO/ALERT preferred.
