The Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be an integral member of the Marketing team. This person will own all aspects of HopSkipDrives lifecycle marketing initiatives. This role will require working cross functionality with the Product and Marketplace teams to strategize, execute and analyze lifecycle marketing initiatives and will require strong Iterable product knowledge.
The Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager will also be responsible for managing the team?s acquisition marketing efforts. This person also understands how to use Pardot, Salesforce, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Tableau and Facebook Ads. The ability to multitask, be highly organized and prioritize in a fast paced environment will be essential to success in this role.
What we?re looking for
Primary responsibilities of the Sr. Manager Lifecycle & Marketing Operations include:
? Own and execute all communication campaigns deployed to our HopSkipDrive community audiences, including CareDriver, Consumer and Enterprise
? Support Marketing, Product and Marketplace teams by building, testing, executing and monitoring of lifecycle marketing initiatives
? Analyze and strategize on current lifecycle marketing engagements to optimize communications and their effectiveness
? Own and manage all SEM and paid social efforts, including agency relationships
? Use Google Analytics and Tableau to build reports and provide insights to the marketing team
? Troubleshoot and serve as lead for Pardot and Iterable
? Maintain accuracy of communication tracker for Iterable
? Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university
? 5 or more years experience in lifecycle marketing working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
? Impeccable organizational and project management skills
? Relentless attention to detail and reflexive problem-solving mindset
? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
? Experience with marketing tools such as Iterable, Pardot and Salesforce preferred
