General Statement of Job:

The Ambassador acts as a direct liaison for those with accessibility issues that arrive at our client site by providing a world class customer service experience! The Ambassador will be specifically responsible for providing physical assistance to guests or employees with accessibility issues throughout their visit. The individual must accommodate and engage those who have accessibility issues with the highest level of customer care in a friendly and approachable manner. As an ambassador of the client organization, the individual is responsible for initial guest/employee interactions, resolution of accessibility issues, and other general concierge level duties. The Ambassador will be responsible for the prompt physical assistance and escort of those with accessibility issues. The Ambassador reports to the Shift Supervisor.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide excellent customer service to those with accessibility issues, visitors and facilities personnel including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction

  • Physically assist those who have accessibility issues throughout their visit and notifies personnel of guest/visitor arrival

  • Ability to operate in a professional and business-centered environment where customer service, confidentiality, and integrity are held to a high standard

  • Facilitate all those who have accessibility issues and actively look for ways to help

  • Handles all those who have accessibility issues questions as well as resolve or filter personnel issues to the appropriate parties

  • Communicate information and ideas so others will understand while being sensitive to others' needs and feelings

  • Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges

  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of professionalism at all times

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once without compromising quality of work

  • Respond to all requests for assistance relayed by Supervisor or client; complete various company or client assignments as required

  • Assisting with various administrative duties as needed
