Facebook is seeking an Operations Analyst to support data projects and initiatives. This role will sit on the Admin Programs team within the Operations pillar, and will partner closely with Finance, HR stakeholders and Data teams to scale and optimize administrative support at the global level.Success in this role requires experience in two disciplines - experience building out financial models and leveraging data insights to inform business decisions, and experience supporting projects from scope design to execution. Success in this role and team also requires a willingness and eagerness to pitch in where needed. This may mean supporting another team on their priority projects and initiatives. This person will need to be comfortable executing in a fast-paced environment, be highly organized, have strong communication skills, and be able to structure and run concurrent projects.This role is full-time.
Investigate and define administrative efficiency using data-driven analytics, developing success metrics to measure performance and alignment with team mission and goals
Pulling together disparate data sources to build out standardized modeling and reporting that meet the needs of a rapidly scaling team
Build out a high-level dashboard to track and report on high-level metrics owned by the Admin Programs team
Track and monitor administrative overtime reports to report on trends
Partner closely with internal teams to define and execute on cost control and headcount roadmaps, assisting with model creation and gathering data requirements
Partner closely with cross-functional teams on process improvement and tooling efficiencies to improve the day-to-day administrative workflow
Run and/or support high-level team projects related to operational efficiency
Communicate status, risks and mitigations to stakeholders and partners, proactively identify potential setbacks and develop mitigation plans
BA/BS in Business, Finance, or equivalent
3+ years of experience in financial analysis
3+ years of experience with Excel, Tableau and/or other reporting/data manipulation tools
1+ years of experience in program management
Experience in conducting analyses, identifying insights and communicating results to inform business decisions
Experience in leveraging data to build & deliver leadership presentations
Experience building high level and detailed financial models
3+ years of experience in program management
CAPM or PMP certification
