AT&T Performance Lead- Signature -Authorized Retail in Milpitas, California

This role is focused on driving Signature (IRU) sales productivity in Authorized Retail stores.

Overall Purpose: As a change-agent, drives increased performance and influences results attainment across assigned organization through support of frontline sellers and managers.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Provides supplemental training to Authorized Retail sellers and managers, focusing on organizational best practices to enhance performance. Creates performance gap closure activities. Analyzes organizational performance based on direct observation, insight gained by working with multiple store teams and available data. Identifies areas of opportunity and best practices that can be addressed across the organization. Coordinates successful launch of new products and/or customer-impacting initiatives.

Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Experience: Sales, coaching, leading, developing, problem solving, MS Office.

Supervisory: No

This is considered a Driving Role-- MVRs will be checked upon job offer.
