Build prototypes, analyze failures, and transition successful projects into production.
5+ years of experience in electrical engineering.
Ability to “hack” together quick feasibility demonstrations as well as building robust systems delivered to the customers.
Fluency with EE fundamentals, both analog and digital.
Familiarity with industrial construction practices (UL-508, NFPA-79, etc.
Familiarity with industrial sensors and actuators.
System design and component selection for electro-mechanical systems.
PLC control system design and programming.
Electrical troubleshooting and rework.
Exposure to wireless comms (Bluetooth LE, WiFi, etc.).
Mixed-signal embedded systems.
FPGA’s o Low-power, low-noise circuits; filters; data acquisition circuits.
Capable of both advising others in design decisions and as well as executing own work individually.
Eager to stretch current knowledge and capabilities.
