The Strategic Pursuits Team (SPT) is responsible for working with local field teams to drive the largest deals at Microsoft. Partnering across the Worldwide Commercial Team, SPT combines resources, experience, and investments to charter new ground in strategic partnerships with our largest customers

As the SPT SAP Embrace Program Manager, you will support the S500 Embrace strategy for our SPT teams. You will work with our Account Executives gathering insights to be shared across our teams and adjacent teams.

Responsibilities

  • Work with SPT SAP team to understand account landscape

  • Manage Embrace strategy for S500 enabling SPT SAP teams

  • Evaluate closed deals to uncover patterns and insights to be used for future deals

  • Work with adjacent teams e.g. OCP, STU, Marketing to provide SPT sales insights

  • Work directly with SAP Embrace Team to ensure SPT representation and standardize co selling with SAP teams

  • Help manage and maintain capacity needs based on SPT SAP deals using SAP Calculator

  • Build and manage relationships with Engineering to ensure capacity needs are met for new SAP deals and existing customers

Qualifications

A strong candidate will possess as many of the following skills and experiences as possible

  • 7+ years of program, project or operations management experience is required.

  • Strong communication, executive presence, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to engage and influence individuals at all levels.

  • Flexibility to handle directional changes with the ability to juggle moving priorities to ensure project success.

  • Proven ability to assess business needs, prioritize accordingly and escalate appropriately.

  • Proven cross-team collaboration skills in complex organizations.

  • Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing and sometimes unpredictable work environment.

  • Analytical thinker with a can-do attitude and flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs.

  • Self-starter who can balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.

  • 2+ years of SAP experience/knowledge is required.
