Google is and always will be an engineering company. We hire people with a broad set of technical skills who are ready to take on some of technology's greatest challenges and make an impact on millions, if not billions, of users. At Google, engineers not only revolutionize search, they routinely work on massive scalability and storage solutions, large-scale applications and entirely new platforms for developers around the world. From Google Ads to Chrome, Android to YouTube, Social to Local, Google engineers are changing the world one technological achievement after another.

  • Develop and maintain a knowledge graph for engineering education, reflecting the needs from different product areas, across engineering tenure and level.

  • Develop and run a validation process that ensures our engineering training programs and topics are always aligned with Google’s evolving needs.

  • Develop, run, and innovate training delivery: programs, online self-study, in-person, and in-the-job training.

  • Build partnerships across Google to ensure alignment with product group-specific priorities and activities (e.g. with Core and Developer Relations), and to expand our training customer base within Google.

  • Expand the engEDU brand among Google engineers to become the first port of call for technical skill development, and expand this beyond Google.
