Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Mountain View, CA 94043

Duration: 2+ Months, potential to go permanent

Schedule: Shift 1; M-F (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Description:

· Maintain Outlook Calendars for two VP's

· Schedule resources such as people, meetings, appointments, rooms, and equipment; takes messages, responds to questions from the team and colleagues, make copies, share point files

· Draft and edit semi-complex memos and other correspondence

· Coordinate presentations from the team into one file, spreadsheets and other documents

· Support in organizing and maintaining office supplies

· Organize travel (air, car, and hotel) for two VP's, six Directors

· Prepare and file expense reports

Requirements:

· Must have strong experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint

· SharePoint experience preferred

· SAP experience a plus

· Looking for someone with 5-10 yrs. exp
