What you get to do every single day

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily receive & review hazard/flood insurance policies, contact agents, branches, loan officers, work with tracking vendor to resolve tracking issues, direct and purchase lender place coverage with vendor (70%)

• Supports the Reporting Services function by performing review of, analyzing documentation and performing data entry for reporting responsibilities that include but is not limited to: Insurance Tracking Hazard/Flood, flood activities and correspondence, HMDA, CRA, Decline/Withdrawn Loan, Regulation B Early Disclosure Notification, Delinquent Tax notification, and e-OSCAR.

• Special Projects (20%)

• Process flood certification requests, work with lenders, escrow coordinator, real estate valuation manager and consumer lending manager to coordinate flood related worksheets and borrower correspondence (4%)

• Problem solve and research complex issues (5%)

• Track all activities (1%)

NON-ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze data and create reports for Operations and Management

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

The right candidate will possess the following Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly understand and communicate complex concepts.

• Ability to analysis complex issues, develop solutions

• Excellent organizational skills

• Ability to effectively prioritize and schedule various tasks to ensure essential deadlines are met and take proactive action when faced with completing priorities to ensure all requirements have been met

• Ability to effectively utilize various resources available to independently research questions, problems and alternative solutions

• Ability to research independently to gain knowledge and or resolutions for new or urgent challenges

• Ability to effective apply new information and concepts quickly

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs

• Ability to work in a collaborative environment

• Knowledge of State and Federal Banking Regulations and reporting requirements a plus, not required

• Solid knowledge of loan insurance requirements and tracking processes a plus, not required

• Solid knowledge of loan insurance requirements and tracking processes a plus, not required

• Solid knowledge of rules, regulation and reporting requirements for loans and deposits, a plus, not required

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent GED

• 1-3+ years in a servicing center/office as an associate responsible for more complex tasks or equivalent related experience

• Experience in regulatory/compliance/ reporting environment or related experience a plus

• Experience in insurance processing a plus
