COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic Coordinator is a temporary position responsible for various essential clerical functions at mobile vaccine administration sites. The Clerical Coordinator must be very organized; detail oriented and must be able to move from one process to another efficiently as they handle numerous types of digital registration and billing functions.
The Clerical Coordinator may be assigned one or more duties. These duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Date stamp, sort, and deliver all vaccine clinic documents to the appropriate department or representative
Supply stocking, ordering, and inventory
Providing and assisting with mobile, on-site COVID vaccine vaccination.
Knowledge of HIPAA confidentiality requirements and commitment to safeguarding client information.
Communicates with Supervisor if unable to complete tasks within a timely manner; takes initiative to determine appropriate course of action to complete assigned tasks
Other job-related task as directed by supervisor.
Skills and Knowledge
Ability to operate a motor vehicle and have license and insurance in good standing.
Ability to prioritize needs and plan work assignments accordingly.
Ability to work with patients, significant others and family members from diverse populations.
Ability to communicate effectively and maintain working relationships with others.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and walk between office buildings and vehicles.
