Lockheed Martin Project Management & Planning Operations (Level 2) in Palmdale, California
Description: The Project Management and Planning Operations Rep is expected to perform tasks in support of the ADP Signature Management & Survivability (SM&S) Directorate, its director, and to help manage/coordinate day-to-day activities associated with operations of the organization.
The successful candidate is expected to work within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment, with responsibilities to include: meeting coordination/planning, capital project planning/requests, building evacuation coordination, ensuring organizational compliance with security/company/Corporate policies, providing general office support to the ADP SM&S leadership team, interface with other organizations on behalf of ADP SM&S, assist with new-hire integration, and facilitate communication/service requests with support organizations such as Facilities and Security. The successful candidate is also expected to take on special project to assist the ADP SM&S Director with managing the organization.
Good written/verbal communication, prioritization and organizational skills are important; able to work independently with minimum guidance is desirable.
This position will require the candidate to obtain a DoD secret clearance and SAP/SAR program access.
