As the Head of Product Management, you will report to the Chief Product Officer and manage a passionate team of PMs. You and your team will be responsible for the end to end Strivr platform. Our ideal candidate will have already led teams to build successful SaaS products in agile software development environments. You will guide new product development through all stages of the product life cycle, from the identification of customer needs and product definition through development, launch, and sustainment. This is a highly cross-functional role and you will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, and business operations teams. You will be responsible for shaping our overall product strategy and roadmap, working closely with the executive team to support the achievement of company business objectives.

Your responsibilities:

  • Build, coach and mentor a world-class team that lead and inspire their colleagues across Strivr

  • Develop product strategy and roadmap based on market intelligence, customer feedback, differentiating capabilities, and close collaboration with Engineering and Design teams.

  • Understand and prioritize projects from various inputs (customer feedback, business need and technology capabilities) so the team is always working on the most impactful projects.

  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design on timelines and scope of product priorities

  • Define quantitative and qualitative success metrics and constantly evaluate if your solutions have solved the business problem or created business value through these metrics, both before and after their release.

  • Deliver insightful product recommendations to business leaders and the executive team in a persuasive and thoughtful manner

  • Responsible for business case development/cost benefit analysis/ROI analysis to help in product prioritization efforts

  • Oversee the launch of all products and develop processes/documentation to educate both internal and external clients/stakeholders on product features

  • Market research

  • Thought leadership of product inside and outside of Strivr

Your skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management and/or digital product management, while managing multiple product managers and product owners in an agile organization

  • You are passionate about coaching and growing PMs and product teams to be exceptional at the art and science of product management. Your passion is building the culture and systems that enable fast execution, drive incredible outcomes and maintain high performance.

  • You have significant growth-stage startup experience

  • You have an impeccable track record of creating innovative and winning B2B solutions

  • You can articulate a vision and strategy in a way that inspires and motivates a team and focuses their energy on achieving business goals

  • You’re a creative thinker who can generate and execute on innovative product ideas

  • You are skilled in providing analysis and estimation of the strategic and financial value of new products and features

  • You’re a strong and recognized leader that people want to follow

  • You have exceptional oral and written communication skills
