The Director of Women & Children’s Services is responsible for and provides leadership for inpatient and outpatient Maternity, Labor and Delivery, Perinatal High Risk, Pediatrics, Pediatric ICU, and Neonatal ICU. The Clinical Director is ultimately responsible for the performance of the services. As a member of Huntington’s operation team, the Clinical Director participates in operations, strategic planning, physician relations, finance, resource allocation and/or contracting as appropriate. This position may require flexibility of hours.
Education: BSN Required. Master’s Degree in nursing, business administration, or health administration required
Experience/Training: Five years related experience in clinical area with a minimum of three years experience in Maternal Child administration. Must have demonstrated collaborative leadership style and exceptional track record of performance.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal)
