Reporting to the CEO and the Vice President of Sales, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing all marketing strategies, marketing communications and public relation to support the business growth. The ideal candidate must have i5+ years of marketing or brand management experience in the CPG industry, ideally in the Vitamin, Supplement, OTCi private label / store brand space. Experience working with cross-functional teams, managed complex strategic initiatives, and executed operating plans to deliver on financial objectives. With an natural Passion for building CPG Sales. This role is key in coordinating projects and launching plans for new SKU rollout.i and participating in business development activities focused on successfully developing the North American business. The successful candidate must be an unconventional thinker and never afraid to challenge the status quo. iDuties and responsibilitiesResponsible for creating, implementing, and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance company's image and position within the marketplace and the general public, as well as facilitate internal and external communications.Partner with RandD to develop new products, provide operations with launch forecasts and build out launch deck presentations for sales sell in and in market execution.Develop brand briefs and manage content development for websites (B2C), digital and social media.Prepare selling decks and materials to support sales efforts at retailer in the following classes of trade:i internet, grocery, drug, mass merchant, club, vitamin specialty, natural and alternative channels.Partner with various departments to ensure packaging and promotional materials are up to date and relevant. Make use of market data (Neilsen, IRI, etc.) to identify new opportunities for SKU and portfolio development.Perform consumer insight research to identify research needs and establish programs designed to meet those needs, including deeper consumer understanding and innovation planning.Market analysis to ensure products being launched remain at a competitive value.Participate in PandL management and monthly sales forecasting.Oversee the companyis marketing budget.Plan and exhibit domestic as well as International trade shows/Expos and schedule meeting with prospective clients.Performs other marketing management duties as required.QualificationsEducationMinimum Qualifications: Bacheloris degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field from an accredited college or university. MBA is a plus, preferably with focus in Marketing. ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of related Marketing experience with working knowledge of CPG Marketing (preferred experience in Vitamin / supplement / OTC Industry).Knowledge and experience in working with all mass trade channels (Grocery, Drug, Mass, Natural, Club, Specialty, E-Commerce).
