Seeking a motivated Contact Center Agent with strong communication skills!
Respond to and process all customer emails in a prompt and professional manner.
Communicate clearly and respectfully
Acknowledge and resolve customer concerns; promptly escalate complaints when needed.
Process orders, forms, applications, requests, and payments accurately.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints by recording in case management logs.
Attend and collaboratively participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
Strong communication skills-- verbal and written
Prior customer service experience-- contact center a plus
Pay : 15/ hr
Shift : Day shift-- flexibility required; Full time with overtime possibility
