Apple Repair Technician
job summary:
Our client is currently seeking an Apple Repair Technician for a 1 year contract to hire opportunity located in Roseville, CA.
Summary: Computer Repair technician who is experienced in all Mac products.
The following is a list of the major duties and responsibilities for this position along with certain supportive
Duties. It is not all-inclusive. Other Duties and responsibilities may be added as needed.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Required to repair laptops, all Mac versions plus potentially Windows OS
Required to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and verify defects within a variety of computer desktops and laptops.
Conducts tests on computer hardware and ports.
Refurbishes desktops and laptops-formats and installs operational systems on Mac's and PC's.
Completes repairs as needed on desktops and laptops making available for resale.
Audit of retail production line items to make available for resale.
Erases data from hard drives and cleaning.
Qualifications
Experience in Apple specific computer repair and Windows OS, required
Prior experience in diagnosing and repairing computers, required.
Prior technical and electronic knowledge, required.
Minimum Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Ability to read and write English proficiently
Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
Ability to follow instructions and company procedures
Education/Experience
HS diploma or equivalent
Apple Certified, a plus
