We are currently seeking an office assistant to work at a clients home location in Salinas to assist with home business. Ideal candidates will need to be proficient with Microsoft Excel and be bilingual.
Answer phone inquiries, direct calls and provide basic company information.
Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Scanning knowledge helpful
Process knowledge helpful
Experience with data entry/order entry helpful
No Degree Required
Preferred: 1 years or more of office experience
Bilingual in Spanish and English
