0-3 years of recruiting experience or minimum 18 months in the SMDP program, preferably having completed the Market Manager role

Strong work ethic, and experience at multi-tasking and working in a fast paced,

What You’ll Do
The Sales & Marketing Development Program (SMDP) University Recruiting Team is searching for a Campus Recruiting Coordinator. If you’re someone who is interested in learning about recruiting, human resources, program management and training, this might be the role for you.
The SMDP Campus Coordinator will report into the National Recruitment Manager. They will assist with end to end recruitment for the Sales & Marketing Development Program (SMDP), while playing an instrumental role in executing campus events and new hire onboarding.
This position will be based in Southern California and will require 25% travel for recruiting initiatives.
. Specifically, you’ll:
A. SMDP Key Objectives:
Assist with coordinating and executing on campus events
Assist in building relationships on campus with students, career services, academic personnel and student organizations
Assist campus ambassadors with campus event needs; scheduling, shipping materials, sending presentations and other needs which may arise
Screening candidates as first point of contact for external applications
Coordinate 2nd round interviews for West region
Assist with final round interviews in Towson (2x’s per year)
Learn human resources systems (i.e. Peoplesoft, ADP, Open Online, BrassRing and others) and manage the new hire processes in these systems
Participate in all SMDP Engagement activities
B. Administrative Responsibilities
Maintaining accurate job postings for SMDP through external and internal recruiting platforms
Coordinate and ship all recruiting materials for West region
Develop monthly recap of recruiting initiatives for National Recruitment Manager
