Aerotek Contract Recruiter in San Diego, California


  • Work within the TA team provide amazing experience, work with hiring managers and identify qualified candidates.

  • Placements are mostly Direct hire or Contracted roles

  • Work together to get projections and forecasting of needs in departments and timelines

  • Build a pipeline of candidates for openings and network

  • Review resume, screen candidates and interview while obtaining feedback from managers via Greenhouse ATS system

  • Provide great customer service and experience

  • Manage process and emphasize on marketing & sales roles

  • Source, screen, interview, provide written feedback, and schedule candidates

  • Meet or exceed all Recruiting deadlines

  • Ability to proactively source talent


Data entry, Microsoft office, aws, excel, human resources, Recruiting, Talent acquisition, Ats, Recruitment, Full cycle, Hiring, Applicant tracking systems, Customer service, greenhouse

Sales and marketing contacts in life sciences

4 years of experience in recruitment (full-cycle) in the life sciences industry required

Experience and knowledge recruiting in pharma/biotech industry preferred

ATS systems experience required
