Aerotek Entry Level Assembler $15/HR in San Diego, California
Aerotek is Hiring 8 ENTRY LEVEL Medical Device Assemblers to Start ASAP at a Rapidly Growing Biotech Company in Mira Mesa!
All Shifts Available (See below)
1st Shift $15/HR
2nd Shift $16.35/HR
3rd Shift $16.95/HR
The employee will first start working in the manual assembly department, putting spools together that contain the base part for the diagnostic process
They will start working in that station for the first 2-3 weeks and then another week or two after to truly master that part of the manufacturing process.
After that they will move to the spool manufacturing room.
In this room they will monitor the automated assembly of the strips to be prepared for the final assembly.
They will calibrate the automated assembly process.
They will follow a very specific document that tells them how to set up and calibrate every part of the process.
They will be required to do basic addition and subtraction.
- The best employees they have will be punctual, have great attendance and have a drive to do well. the best employees are also really curious about what they are doing and ask great questions. currently the training to learn all stations should take around 3 months.
