Oracle ERP Integration Architect in San Diego, California

Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell.

As a Staff Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate Oracle product*s strengths, features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.3 - 5 years business experience preferred; vendor experience also preferred. 3 years relevant computer applications or database/tools preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in one multi-user operating system. Knowledge of system and application design preferred. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel as needed. BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.

About Us

Oracle Textura Payment Management (TPM) is a cloud-based software service that streamlines the construction billing and payment process. It is the first of its kind in the industry, and since 2004 has helped clients manage $500B in construction more efficiently and with less risk. TPM is offered within the Construction and Engineering Global Business Unit (CEGBU) vertical at Oracle alongside many other products that serve this fast-growing industry.

The Textura Client Services team is uniquely responsible for all aspects of the client lifecycle, including sales support, implementation, account and relationship management, and ongoing support of the TPM application. You will collaborate with all levels of the Client Services group, as well as the Development and Product teams, to deliver TPM to our clients and support project implementations by ensuring delivery timelines are followed and issues are tracked and escalated as needed.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

As an ERP Integration Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, and training Oracle clients with the integration between TPM and their ERP. Using Oracle’s TexturaLink middleware application you will be tasked with building and maintaining integration adapters for the various ERP’s used in the commercial construction industry. These ERP’s include, but are not limited to, Oracle offerings (E-Business Suite, Cloud ERP, JD Edwards, NetSuite), SAP, CMiC, Viewpoint Vista, Sage 300 CRE, Sage 100 Contractor, Yardi, Quickbooks, and eCMS. As part of the Client Services team you will have a direct impact on our client’s success and Textura’s continued growth globally.

Key Responsibilities Include:

· Work closely with account teams during the client implementation process, ensuring that a bi-directional integration between TPM and the client’s ERP system is successful

· Work with Oracle’s Integration development team on continual improvements and enhancements to the Textura API platform

· Act as a Product Owner for the TexturaLink integration platform

Design scalable solutions for new customers and new integration packages using the TexturaLink Cloud python SDK

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 years experience with an ERP used in the Construction Industry (Including CMIC, Viewpoint Vista, Sage 300 CRE, JD Edwards)

  • 1 years of hand’s on experience with SQL, Python, Web Services (SOAP and / or REST)

  • Basic high-level understanding of Accounting processes (Accounts Payable, Job Costing)

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to solve complex problems under pressure

  • Preferred experience providing technical support and training on software systems
