Aerotek Healthcare Call Center Representative in San Diego, California
Aerotek is hiring contract to hire Customer Service Representatives for our client in San Diego. This position will start remote and will be returning to the office this summer! This is a perfect role for anyone with customer service experience, who is looking to get into the Healthcare industry!
Customer service representative working in a call center environment
Handling inbound calls and some follow up calls
Answers calls and questions on prior authorization, general questions and some confidential information
Great customer service with high level attention to detail.
Measured on Quality and Accuracy might range from 50-100 calls a day depending on complexity.
Utilize multiple systems and programs to track information and update communication with customers
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 Years of Call Center/Customer Service Experience in a retail or restaurant setting
Desire to work in Healthcare
Medical Education (even with no medical experience).
High School Diploma
