Overview
Come join the Customer Success Digital Platforms Organization as a Sr.Product Manager for the Help System. In this role you will be working across the organization to bring customer insights and lead the strategy and roadmap of the platform that delivers help experiences for our customers and experts across all Intuit products.

What you'll bring
BS Degree. Analytical/technical discipline preferred.
3+ years’ experience as a Product leader driving bold vision, strategy and execution across a PM organization.
Experience launching AI driven platforms and products.
Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for consumer or enterprise offerings.
Experience with Agile development and methodologies
Experience partnering across the org to deliver business results in a product ecosystem environment while communicating and influencing effectively.
How you will lead
Set a bold product vision and strategy for a platform that powers help for customers and experts across all Intuit offerings.
Deliver key expert productivity efficiencies through AI/ML driven self-help experiences enabling growth to Intuit’s Live offerings.
Lead initiatives across multiple business units to bring ideas to life and maintain a cohesive cross-product experience
Drive product development with cross-functional teams (product managers, experience designers, software development leaders) to deliver high-impact experiences
Demonstrate technical depth in SaaS software principles and organization; i.e. able to speak to the approach for implementing cross-product solutions, strong communication skills with engineering and architecture teams
Analytically minded with experience leveraging data sets and analytics methodologies to uncover insights.
Genuine passion for customers and creating awesome product experiences
