Sr. Compliance Analyst
We are currently looking for a Sr. Compliance Analyst for a client of ours in San Diego, CA. This position will be 100% remote. The Senior Compliance Analyst will report to the Senior Compliance Manager - Consumer Protection and will be responsible for conducting Second Line Monitoring activities and assist in the daily management of the complaint handling processes.

Coordinate responses to Customer complaints in collaboration with various internal and external Business Partners (e.g., Customer Care Teams, Sales, Operations, etc.) in a timely manner.
Perform the review, root cause analysis, and categorization of all Customer complaints.
Conduct and report on Quality Assurance ("QA") reviews to ensure all complaints have been accurately identified, documented, and escalated in accordance with applicable policies and standards.
Gather applicable Compliance data to satisfy internal and external reporting requirements.
Conduct and report on ongoing Second Line monitoring activities to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulatory requirements, internal policies and standards, and contractual obligations.
Monitor various Customer communication channels (phone calls, online chat, etc.) to identify potential compliance concerns (e.g., UDAAP, ECOA, etc.).
Work closely with internal and external Business Partners to assist in remediating any identified compliance issues as a result of Second Line monitoring activities.
Minimum 5 years of experience
Education: Bachelors (required)
