Aerotek Customer Support Representative in San Dimas, California

Description:

• Process customer paperwork such as invoices, customer letters, dealership letters • Will learn how to read part invoices from dealerships (part names, skew numbers, dates, vehicle information) • Will learn warrant parameters for parts and vehicles that would deem financial assistance • Log information, create a case for each customer as needed and log case notes based on their warranty information • No customer engagement - they are not communicating statues to customers
