Benefits Analyst
We are looking for a Benefits Analyst who is well-versed in ADP and advanced in Excel skills. This person will be responsible for all Health, Welfare and 401(k) programs. You will also work closely with Finance and Payroll assisting with reconciliation, processing monthly benefit invoices and be the Point of Contact for escalated employee issues. Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Research and reconcile eligibility discrepancies, (may include reviewing payroll records)
Review monthly Health and Wellness employee deductions and adjustments and simple account reconciliations
Research and adjust payments for Health and Wellness discrepancies
Audit, reconcile and set up Health and Wellness deductions
Answer any inquiries regarding Health and Wellness from employees through phone and email
Review and Audit off new hires for H&W eligibility and deduction set up in an established cycle
Must Haves:
Advanced skills in Excel – advanced level (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
Accounting and organizational skills - calculating, auditing, and reconciling benefits deductions, in particular 401K.
Exceptional customer service skills – Analyst will need to respond to calls and emails regularly. The company is nationwide with 15,000+ employees.
Knowledge and understanding of health & welfare benefits
Experience working with HRIS, ADP (preferred)
