Key Responsibilities:

  • Matrix-lead initiatives between Finance, Sales Strategy, Enablement, and Employee Success (HR) to determine the best path for solving business problems/opportunities that may include process improvement, systems enhancement, user training, and/or software procurement.

  • Creating business architecture models demonstrating how products, operations, and systems interoperate within the organization.

  • Co-create a strategy that aligns a Stakeholder’s business objectives and what is possible, key business measures, and a practical roadmap.

  • Actively work between the Business & Technology disciplines to industrialize the best ideas with new operating models and ways of working

  • Enhance productivity and buy-in through persuasion, workshops, interviews, and intimately understanding our business processes. Help end-users uncover and articulate barriers, and co-design potential solutions to their needs.

  • Personalize best practices including roadmap, agile development, change management, enterprise collaboration, operational support, and alignment to business strategy.

  • Improve the certainty of absorbing large scale transformational change by building communications, education, and continuous feedback loops that engage everyone from end-users to senior leaders.

  • Enable delivery with speed, agility, and stability by implementing a decision-making framework, frequency of change, quality of data, and risk mitigation.

  • Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively navigate and mediate conflict and foster honest dialog

  • Strong teamwork and facilitation skills with the ability to balance conversations within groups and offer suggestions and improvements to processes

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, with 12+ years related information systems experience with at least 5+ years experience in Business process design, Data Architecture, Analytics and Implementation

  • Deep understanding of Finance, Sales domain, and a clear understanding of the intersection of both with prior experience in data/analytics implementation on the aforementioned domains.

  • Experience with a variety of business models with a broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes, and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance

  • Familiarity with Business Architecture concepts and practices (e.g. capability maps, maturity models, mapping of capabilities to processes and KPIs) and business process design methods.

  • Lead the effort to translate business strategies and objectives into capabilities, tools, and solutions and to provide traceability of business strategy to capabilities and processes.

  • Document details on interdependencies between functional areas, both upstream and downstream.

  • Contribute to Design and oversee the effort to build system integration solutions and/or business applications to implement architectural changes affecting multiple functional areas.

  • Lead Technical team and review technical design, functional specifications to ensure design standards and development and test standards are met per requirements.

  • Improve the efficiency of the data and process validations, increase validation coverage of systems that support various business processes.

  • Interfacing with the technical team to develop Data models, architect solutions/develop tools, frameworks including validation/test strategies

  • Identifying Data anomalies, Developing automated data validation/testing capabilities using programming and automation

  • Team-first mentality. Excellent interpersonal skills in order to build strong relationships that will be critical for success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiar with APQC process frameworks

  • Familiar with design thinking principles

  • Familiar with Industry or vertical solutions

  • Understanding of software delivery processes and methodologies (i.e. waterfall, agile, hybrid)

  • Experience with data visualization tools (ex. Einstein Analytics, Tableau, Domo, Birst)

  • Strong Experience with ETL technologies (Mulesoft, Jitterbit, Informatica, etc.) along with Unix shell scripting, Datawarehouse, Data Modeling, Scheduling, and configuration management.

  • Minimum 2 years experience with AWS BI ecosystem: EC2, EMR, RDS, S3, Redshift, etc, or other cloud equivalents including visualization expertise on OBIEE, Tableau, etc.

  • Deep and strong knowledge of SQL and relational database models.

  • Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency, and workload management

  • Experience with HR technologies (HCM, ATS, etc.)

  • Experience with and exposure to architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, etc.
