Content Marketing Manager
job summary:
Act as requirements project lead for medium to large projects, directing and coordinating requirements project staff and activities. Oversee production support of core projects, including gathering and documenting requirements, translating functional requirements to technical requirements, and identifying options. Partner with business users and act as a liaison between business and technical teams. Coordinates development, testing, and implementation of solutions with vendors. Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst with track record of delivering business process requirements and use cases is required. Solid experience and understanding of Agile Scrum and Rational Unified Process Methodology in developing use cases, use case model, supplementary requirements, and business rules is essential. Solid understanding of relevant business issues. strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision- making and conflict resolution skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. strong knowledge of MS Project, Excel, MS Word and iGraphx or Visio Drawing tools along with general familiarity with Outlook and other MS Office applications is also required. The following is preferred but not required: Experience managing multiple large, complex and cross functional projects, with emphasis on systems, technologies, business process redesign, and knowledge of technical environments, a background in the financial services industry, BA/BS degree and/or PMP certification.
Experience managing and supporting distributed marketing platforms and integration with 3rd party applications
Experience working with multichannel delivery methods, including knowledge of print production practices, email deliverability and social media
Knowledge of web publishing technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON/XML
Experience defining business rules for communication templates
Demonstrated success in managing multiple, cross functional platforms with rapid release cycles
Familiarity in developing business process requirements, use cases, use case model, supplementary requirements, and business rules
strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, and decision- making skills
Ability to work independently, creatively, and with a focus on the client experience
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Familiarity with client reporting, regulations and compliance
strong data analytic skills
Demonstrated success with defining and launching digital products in complex corporate environment, Experience in distributed marketing platforms preferred
Experience with InDesign and basic design concepts.
Working knowledge of marketing concepts and creative processes.
Experience in Agile development practices
Ability to cultivate relationships with a variety of internal consumer platforms and external partners
BA/BS degree or equivalent on the job experience
Background experience in financial services or other heavily regulated industries
3 or more years business analyst, project management, or product development experience
Ability to be flexible in light of business changes and need to re-focus efforts
