Twitter Growth Marketing Manager, SMB in San Francisco, California
What You'll Do:
This role will drive online acquisition strategy and execution for Twitter’s SMB solutions. You will own GTM execution for our website and drive adoption of Twitter Ads and other business products. Working with your counterparts in content and marketing operations you will help to conceptualize and execute multi-touch acquisition programs leveraging web, email, and paid channels and you will be primarily responsible for web optimization. Create experimentation roadmaps and execute a rigorous A/B testing agenda to enhance program effectiveness.
Write creative briefs and collaborate with the global marketing team to design web experiences that drive online acquisition.
Engage cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to meet growth targets and measure impact.
Analyze all aspects of the conversion funnel, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
Own metrics, reporting and analysis for scaled growth efforts for Global Marketing including acquisition metrics, conversion rates, and others utilizing data to continually measure and optimize performance.
You have experience working with web optimization tools and have designed and executed online acquisition programs. You’re technical, creative, and mission-driven. You’re comfortable working cross-functionally to help scope and build necessary infrastructure from personalized customer flows to insightful performance dashboards. You are personable, outgoing and empathetic and you enjoy collaborating across the globe with diverse marketing, customer success, data science, eng and operations teams.
You’ll be adept at leveraging testing platforms like Adobe target and measurement solutions like Google analytics and will be comfortable defining qualitative and quantitative testing strategies and working with data science to provide insights. You have:
5+ years of experience in digital growth marketing, with a history of building and executing growth strategies in B2B or consumer internet companies that acquire customers online.
Deep experimentation experience and mindset with a proven track record of executing A/B tests, optimizing campaigns and translating data into insights.
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Test & Target, Google Analytics and Tableau, or similar technologies.
Familiar and comfortable with performance tracking, measurement, attribution.
Proven ability to work effectively with diverse cross-functional teams, specifically with Product, Data Science, Engineering and Marketing.
Highly analytical, structured thinker who is able to glean clear, salient ideas from complex information and very clearly communicate them to a diverse set of stakeholders in a way they will understand.
