Be eager to envision, design, and promote future-state, cloud-based networking solutions. *
Balance user needs, business goals, and industry insights. *
Collaborate with partners in product management and engineering to define problems and explore the highest impact solutions. Build relationships that lead to more rewarding and impactful UX engagement. *
Articulate the thinking behind your decisions, because a key part of your job will be helping your team, your product partners and leadership stakeholders make informed decisions. *
Remove roadblocks, provide mentorship, set up professional and personal goal development, and make sure that the team is achieving the results outlined by one another. *
Foster an environment where people thrive. Inspire people and build forward momentum. *
Lead by example in creating a positive and supportive team environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and empathetic discussion.
