The Global Sales Strategy Center of Excellence (GSS COE) team is responsible for driving a best-in-class go-to-market (GTM) model for Salesforce and providing company leadership with global, accurate, and thoughtful insights to inform GTM decisions that accelerate growth. The GSS COE is organized into three teams:

Pipeline, Forecast, and CRO (Chief Revenue Officer) Insights GTM Planning and Analysis Analytics, Community, and Strategic Projects We are looking for an Analyst to join the Pipeline, Forecast, and CRO Insights team. He/she/they will focus on building company reporting, driving strategic analyses & change management projects, and sharing insights to our global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage the measurement/monitoring of the company’s pipeline health, and analyze the results to find the strategic insights for senior management

  • Build the infrastructure and framework to report on pipeline at scale

  • Drive the company’s pipeline generation target model and forecast required demand generation to achieve company financial targets to inform GTM planning & operational decisions

  • Assist in the development of global strategy initiatives by structuring complex problems, performing thorough analysis, developing compelling solutions and presenting recommendations to leadership

  • Collaborate with regional Sales Strategy, Sales Programs, and other cross-functional teams to achieve consistent reporting, GTM alignment, and actionable insights based on well-articulated needs/gaps

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of relevant experience (e.g. consulting, finance, strategy & operations)

  • Intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, attention to detail, business acumen, comfort with ambiguity and strong communication skills (verbal & written)

  • Ability to model & analyze large amounts of data, identify meaningful patterns, and derive business insights

  • Proven track record of structuring and owning projects with limited supervision

  • High proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint and Google Slides (you are a spreadsheet wizard!)

  • Understanding of relational tables; bonus points for prior experience in Tableau, Tableau CRM, SQL, Python, and R
