What you’ll be doing…

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Global Sales Programs Center of Excellence who is a self-starter and will work closely with the Head of Global Sales Programs on all aspects of the business. This new team’s charter will focus on: (1) driving global programs to increase: (a) Tableau stand-alone ACV; and (b) Salesforce synergy results; and (2) creating a global Center of Excellence (COE) for how Tableau creates and launches sales programs.

The successful candidate will facilitate repeatable growth initiatives across Global Sales Programs team to ensure that all launched programs are repeatable, scalable, and trackable. You will collaborate and work cross-functionally with Sales Leaders, Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, Data Science Teams, Sales Operations, and Sales Enablement to support the build out of the core processes and tools for the Global Sales Programs team. By focusing on Impact, Innovation, Standardization, and Scalability, the ideal candidate will decrease redundancy across our x-functional teams through building and implementing new integrated processes and tools.

Some of the things you’ll be doing include…

  • Overall global sales program effectiveness definition and impact tracking:

  • Maintain inventory and associated progress reporting on all global and regional sales programs and measurements of effectiveness

  • Creation of center of excellence for Tableau program best practices (e.g., definition of standards, execution plans, deployment calendar);

  • Gathering and prioritization of field (both Tableau and Salesforce) pain points via direct feedback and analytical outputs in partnership with the Global Sales Program Analytics team

  • Central owner for Communications & Graphics tools for use by both the global and regional sales program teams:

  • Create template repository to ensure that all sales programs follow best practice templates to ensure ease of consumption by and impact reporting to the field (e.g., documentation in quip, summary presentation slides for use in Salesforce and Tableau sales leader meetings)

  • Support all communications to Tableau and Salesforce field teams (e.g., marketing cloud email updates)

  • Support creation of all internal presentation materials for CxO level presentations (e.g., V2MOM reviews)

  • Support for Tableau Sales Program Bill of Material Content Curation, Creation, and Maintenance:

  • Defining necessary bill of materials (BOM) by sales program coordinating across Marketing, Enablement/Readiness, Sales, and Strategy & Ops teams on ownership

  • Ensuring that all BOM are ready for launch prior to sales program launch;

  • Curating and maintaining any BOM assets owned directly by the Global Sales Program team (e.g., wins stories)

Who you are...

  • Experienced . 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations. Prior experience in Tableau, Einstein Analytics and desired. Background in management consulting or finance strongly preferred. Experience with Salesforce’s internal data hierarchy and reporting best practices a plus.

  • Educated . Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or related field.

  • Technical . Proficient in and Excel and able to become an expert in Tableau.

  • Team Player . Able to manage multiple priorities and build excellent rapport with internal teams. Highly collaborative work style.

  • Communicator. Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management, as well as the business and technical communities

  • Analytical. Highly analytical and intellectually curious about data analysis, trends, and insight generation
