Intuit Senior Marketing Manager, Monetization in San Francisco, California


Intuit’s Engagement and Lifecycle Marketing Team is looking for a fast moving,

customer-focused full time employee to help develop best-in-class monetization campaigns to drive upsell and cross-sell. Using customer data, insights and marketing automation tools, this position will be responsible for creating and executing email, IPD, push notifications and direct mail that engage our Small Business customers and expand their usage of products across our ecosystem of offerings. Location: Mountain View or San Francisco

What you'll bring

  • Digital marketer with 5+ years’ experience in b2c or b2b email and/or mobile

  • Experience setting up, executing and measuring life-cycle email campaigns for SaaS products

  • Use of Campaign Manager or Braze a plus

  • Exceptional executional and project management skills

  • Understanding of email creative best practices

  • Passion and ability to be agile in campaign development, execution and delivery of

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand data sources, data mapping, campaign logic, and campaign performance (ROI analysis and recommendations)

  • Curiosity and energy for digging into campaign data and leveraging technology

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong prioritization and time management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects & priorities

How you will lead

Execute lifecycle marketing programs from start to finish, including:

  • Identify key customer insights and data needed to construct effective Assess and develop strategies to address key business problems and non-consumption – e.g., design multi-channel campaigns to drive customers to attach new services that address a broader share of their needs within our ecosystem.

  • Identify the key performance metrics or indicators to measure success, both leading and lagging indicators

  • Plan and manage end-to-end process of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, IPD, push notifications and direct mail.

  • Critically evaluate and size impact of addressing business Critically size impact of various strategies to address specific problems.

  • Work with many cross-functional stakeholders and partners to deliver an awesome customer experience

  • Own the deliverables, deadlines and measurement of customer IPD, push notification and email/marketing automation campaigns in Campaign Manager, Braze or Eloqua to drive upsell, cross-sell, revenue and unit growth

  • Plan and manage end to end process of direct mail campaigns – including strategy, creative development and management of print and fulfillment vendors.

  • Provide direction to build program test Perform and analyze A/B split testing along with analyst.

  • Partner closely with cross functional teams (e.g. Segment Marketers, Product Managers, Data Ops, Analytics, Creative & Deployment Agencies) to execute campaigns, as well as optimize and analyze campaign results.

  • Develop program/creative Manage creative development with copy writer, designer and programmers.

  • Build and ensure on-time detailed program schedules - from kick off to tracking codes to legal/compliance review to deployment and results tracking, including managing stakeholder expectations and communicating out project timelines
