Role Do you have a passion for building high performance, scalable Adobe Experience Manage web solutions? Do you want to be part of skilled, talented specialists, continuously invest in building awesome marketing solutions? Are you a collaborative and creative individual who facilitates the technical design and scale of web solutions? We are looking for experienced and dedicated AEM Product Owern/Technical Analyst to support Splunk’s Web Technology team. As a Technical Analyst, you will work with our cross-functional solution teams to deliver incremental high-quality engineering solutions. Ideally, you will bring proven experience in delivering AEM development solutions helping to lead large and complex multitechnology agile projects, and will possess the skills to interact, negotiate, and work with a broad range of personalities and functions, including the technical team web marketing team and other business owners, project operations, quality assurance and program manager/scrum master.
You have BSCS/EE/CE, or equivalent job experience with a strong CS Foundation
You have overall 10+ years of experience and at least 3+ years in AEM Product Owner role (or technical system consultant or functional analyst role)
You’re a specialist who know the features and capabilities needed to engage developers to define a solution for business needs
Have a deep understanding of AEM Content Management Systems (CMS) and standard methodologies around implementations
Prefer AEM Certified Business Practitioner
Work with engineering and technical consultants and quality consultants to decompose business stories into system level stories and/or designs.
Socialize functionality with business users, including driving UAT and demos.
Exposure to CI/CD, TDD and ATDD
Solicit, Analyze and define requirements for large-scale projects (integrations with other systems and/or MarTech stack, CMS Migrations, Analytics, TMS, etc.).
Business analysis/project management experience in a web marketing environment
Develop and manage the product backlog of stories.
Ability to write comprehensive business requirements and documentation Requirements
Previous experience as a BSA or BA or Product Owner or Technical Consultant or Scrum Master or Project Manger
Understanding or experience in using productized APIs, SaaS, SOA, Cloud Services, and Content Management Systems
Experience with Agile Scrum process and Backlog Management systems
Experience reviewing and elaborating business and technical
Strong problem solving and communication skills
Ability to effectively collaborate in a team environment
Development or Test experience is a plus
Minimum Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Software, Mathematics, Science or an equivalent.
