Inclusion & Collaboration Strategy & Solutions Program Manager
This role will work to ensure that progress in Inclusion & Collaboration is continuously informed by researched and proven social justice best practices and business objectives. It will drive continued integration and operational excellence across the P&C organization and the enterprise. This key role will provide subject matter expertise to integrate Cisco’s global inclusion strategy across the enterprise.
You will have the ability to drive short term execution aligned to long-range objectives with a focus on operational excellence. You have a genuine global approach with diverse life experiences that provide a genuine understanding and value for inclusion and collaboration. You have a deep knowledge of systems of inequity, inequality, and oppression and can share best practices for embedding inclusion to drive real outcomes. You will have a unique ability to measure and monitor progress through qualitative and quantitative metrics with a keen sense of the necessary insights to inform the organization and drive continuous learning. You’ll possess a thirst for life-long learning and zest for seeking ways to constantly raise the bar of your performance. You will have strong listening skills and recognize the role you play in creating an environment for those around you to do their best work. Metrics are core to how you assess progress and you have an innate ability to coalesce large, complex problems and break them down into actionable components. Finally, you’ll have a level of business maturity, flexibility to change and the instincts to adapt to a high-energy dynamic environment and a collaborative culture.
Inclusive Strategy & Futures (IFS) is a function under the People & Communities (P&C) organization focused on helping to define the next horizon people strategy to achieve an inclusive experience for Cisco and our broader ecosystem. This position is part of the Inclusion & Collaboration (I&C) Strategy and Inclusive Solutions team within IFS who is responsible for the overall global strategy and & alignment within the company. The I&C team leads Cisco’s inclusion and collaboration strategy which is ratified and championed by the executive leadership team.

Outstanding project management skills, with a hands-on, action-oriented style *
Ability to lead and structure the thinking and work approach for multidisciplinary, dynamic teams *
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, while staying focused on the big picture *
Proactive approach, entrepreneurial mindset, and comfort with ambiguity *
Experience partnering with human resources and/or people operations is a plus. *
Experience working with leadership in creating transformational and transactional change around diversity, equity and fairness in the tech industry a plus. General responsibilities include:
Consult with partners and teams across the enterprise offering specific subject matter expertise on inclusive design, bias mitigation, reforming systems of inequity, identity dynamics across the full spectrum of diversity and multicultural competency *
Collaborate with colleagues to integrate inclusion into existing and emerging solutions, policies and processes *
Connect people and convene dynamic teams to workstreams to ensure that inclusion efforts and activities operate in tandem to ensure premium efficacy *
Participate in the annual inclusion strategy review and planning process according to: The Inclusion & Collaboration annual process; Interlock across P&C Strategy & Planning *
Engage on high profile and time sensitive external facing deliverables in partnership with communications team and other business functions *
Manage reporting and completion of I&C Value Metrics and appropriate P&C leader business reviews *
Partner with Methods & Intelligence to understand the efficacy of our P&C portfolio of solutions against inclusion and collaboration goals and representation metrics *
Act as I&C representative on cross-functional dynamic teams and projects as needed *
Build key relationships with business owners and P&C workstreams where I&C needs to be embedded
